Orders should be fully paid upon purchase, whether in-store or online. We take major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and selected online payments. After an order has been sustained, it may not always be possible to make changes or cancel, in case food preparation has begun. Before making payment, customers will have to ensure that they have verified their order details.
We have delivery services within a radius of our location in Woonsocket. Although we offer approximate delivery times, there are chances that the delivery would be delayed due a traffic or weather, or a large number of orders. The customers should have a proper address and be on time to accept their food. In case delivery is not fulfilled due to misplaced information or no reply, the order would be canceled, but without a refund.
The pickup orders are made depending on the given time at checkout. The customers would come on time so that they can have their food fresh. Pizza shop Elm Street Pizza does not assume responsibility for the quality of food when it is received later than 30 minutes after the scheduled time. The customers are to present a valid receipt or order confirmation to collect orders.
Food is perishable, so a refund is not guaranteed and will be done on a case-by-case basis. In case of an incorrect order, wrongful omission, or failure to satisfy, please call Elm Street Pizza within 24 hours. Depending on the problem, we can provide a refund, credit, or replacement. Simple change of mind and orders that are not picked or accepted do not qualify as a refund policy.
Elm Street Pizza makes the best effort to serve allergy and dietary restrictions. Nevertheless, everything is made in one common kitchen where cross-contamination can take place. The customers have the mandate to advise staff on allergies or restrictions before ordering. We do not guarantee allergen-free food, and by placing an order, the customers agree to that risk according to the terms and conditions of Elm Street Pizza.
We also want all customers to be respectful to staff and other guests. Client refusal can be caused by any abusive, offensive, or unlawful conduct. Gift cards bought in Elm Street Pizza may be redeemed at our restaurant only and may not be exchanged for cash. Cards lost, stolen, or destroyed will not be replaced. Promotions, coupons, and discounts are applicable within a specific time and cannot be combined in any other case. We are free to withdraw or modify the promotions at any moment without prior notice.
Elm Street Pizza accommodates reservation of group dining reservations and caters to special events. Big orders or individual bookings might have to be deposited. Cancellations have to be communicated by the customers. Cancellations done at the last-minute can attract charges as a way of compensating for the cost of preparation.
